Important Information for Clients
Prices - Prices from all travel cannot be guaranteed until reservations are confirmed along with payment of applicable deposit. Airfare prices, availability, times, and flights are not guaranteed until paid in full and may change without notice. All prices are subject to change without notice and may be subject to limited availability. The exact price depends upon the day of departure, departure city, length of stay, ship, hotel room or cabin type, and other inclusions including (but not limited to) airfare, transfers, rental cars, taxes, or administrative fees.
Prices and offers are valid for new bookings only.
Exclusions - Unless indicated, prices do not include airfare, gratuities, meals, telephone calls, applicable resort service fees, personal or incidental items, or any other features not listed except where otherwise noted. Cruise prices do not include transfers, taxes, or administrative fees.
Deposit - A per person deposit is required at the time of booking for all travel arrangements. The amount of the deposit at that time of booking will vary by vacation or cruise vendor. Certain deposits are nonrefundable. Refundable deposits will be honored only if the reservation is canceled in writing and the written cancellation request is received within 90 days from the vacation or cruise date, and are subject to vendor and airline penalties. Insurance premiums and certain vendor fees are not refundable.
Final Payment - Full payment is specified by the individual vendor and due on the date specified. All vacation and cruise prices that include airfare are subject to change until paid in full.
Forms of Payment - All major credit cards are accepted unless otherwise noted. Certain travel vendors may accept only specifically stated credit cards. Your travel consultant will tell you the accepted credit cards by the travel vendor.
Late Bookings - Bookings made within three weeks of departure are subject to a $15 document shipping and processing fee. A $50 additional handling fee will be charged for bookings that need to be confirmed within three business days of departure. June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency is unable to accept bookings for Europe within seven days of the departure date.
Revisions and Cancellations - In the event, you need to change or cancel your reservation or any information provided as part of the reservation, please contact June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency as soon as possible. Cancellations made after the final payment date required by the supplier/vendor (from 90 days to 45 days before departure, depending upon the supplier/vendor) to the date of departure will result in a $50 per person fee from June Ayres tour and Travel Agency. Airfare and vendor penalties will be in addition to this $50 per person cancellation fee. A $25 per booking fee applies to all changes and cancellations made after the supplier/vendor stated the final payment date. Other restrictions may apply. Revision, cancellation, and refund policies vary by a travel vendor. All refunds are subject to vendor cancel fees up to 100% of the cost of the trip. In all instances, no-shows are nonrefundable. Travel insurance may be purchased at the time of booking, or before final payment, which may cover cancellations for covered reasons as outlined by the travel insurance vendor.
Refunds -Refund restrictions and policies for unused travel or vacation components vary by airline, by vendor, by season, and according to promotional rules and are subject to applicable rules of each vendor. Insurance premiums, airfare, and some vendor fees are not refundable. Unused travel or vacation components may be refundable under certain circumstances when prior notification of cancellation is given and if all other applicable terms and conditions are met. Other restrictions may apply. All refunds are subject to the return of unused travel vouchers, although unused vouchers may not be refundable. Please inquire about refunds at the time of booking.
Documents - Travel documents are sent via UPS, DHL, or FedEx when received by June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency. For late bookings, or if expedited delivery of documents is necessary, a $15 document shipping fee will apply. June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency checks all documents for accuracy. Please check your documents to confirm the accuracy of all information. Call June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency immediately at 305-450-2850 if there are any discrepancies or if you have questions. Tickets or vouchers are negotiable instruments. You must protect them! Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets or vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
Airline Confirmation, Check-in, and Seats, Missed Flights - It is important to confirm all flights with the airline before departure. For domestic flights, 24 hours is recommended. For international flights, 72 hours is mandatory. Failure to confirm international flights or to use any portion of the reservation may result in automatic cancellation for all continuing and return flights. Please verify specific guidelines with your airline when confirming your flights as guidelines change by the airline, airport, flight, and security restrictions. Late comers may lose their assigned seats or be denied boarding at their own expense. If you miss your flight and call June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency to arrange another flight to your destination a $50 service fee will apply and must be paid by credit card at the moment of the call. In all cases, unless additional time is required by the airline, it is important to arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure for all domestic flights and three hours before departure for international flights. Choice of seat assignments may be limited at the time of reservations are requested and at times not assignable until check-in. Seat assignments are capacity controlled at the sole discretion of the airline and are subject to change by the airline without notice. June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency cannot guarantee seat assignments.
Proof of Identity - Photo ID is required for all travel, both domestic and international. Passports are required for international and domestic travel and some countries require a visa. You will not be permitted to depart without the necessary documentation. There may be additional requirements for international travel such as inoculations or visas. Please check with the U.S. Department of State (http://travel.state.gov) for more information related to your travel destination. Special travel documents are required for children traveling with or without their parents. If you are traveling with children, please check with the cruise line or airline before departure. If you are not a citizen, you must contact the consulate of the country you are visiting to inquire about visa requirements. You must also contact the Immigration and Naturalization Service (1-800-375-5283) for re-entry requirements into the country.
Requests - Specific requests must be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Seating assignments and bedding requests cannot be guaranteed. At some hotels, there will be an additional charge for a crib, roll-away, or refrigerator and is payable by the guest directly to the hotel.
Rental Cars - All rental cars are subject to the rules and regulations of the car rental company. Car rentals are based on a 24-hour rental period. Late returns and returns to alternate locations are subject to charges and penalties paid by the renter directly to the rental company.

That information, products, and services on any of June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency websites may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaims liability for inaccuracies, including but not limited to the price, information, and description of the products and services described on any of June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency websites. June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any vendor or personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from causes outside of June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency control. June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency shall not be responsible for travel delays or cancellations for any illness, death, injury, damage, or loss of vacation time arising therefrom. Changes to cruise ports of call or itineraries due to mechanical, weather, or world events beyond our control are at the sole discretion of the cruise line and may occur without notice. Any applicable compensation resulting from such occurrences is also at the sole discretion of the cruise line. June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by the traveler in connection with, or by vendor employees or contractors, terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures, or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of the control of June Ayres Tour and Travel Agency. The Traveler assumes the full responsibility for checking and verifying all passport, visa, inoculations, or other entry requirements for each destination, as well as re-entry into the, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, in connection with the proposed travel.
